I am known as "YOUR Real Estate LADY". I have 39 years experience in all areas of sales and marketing and have been in Real estate for 26 years selling $175. million. Before Real Estate, I was the Director of Sales & Marketing for a national company. I traveled 48 states lecturing small business people on how to increase sales and how to use time management. Therefore, my experience in this area has made my approach to real estate quite different than other REALTORS. Being unique is the key to creating interest in your product. (TO DARE TO BE DIFFERENT IS THE KEY TO SUCCESS!) When my new career choice was real estate, my experience in sales & marketing was invaluable. I have always strived to be DIFFERENT and some of the areas that set me apart from other REALTORS was I was one of the very first to have a cell phone. Remember the bag phone; well, that was me. I had one of the first inevitable pagers as well. When I was brand-new in real estate, my very first open house was held at a home that reminded me of "Gone With The Wind". I rented a costume relating to that era; and was at the top of the staircase when the realtors entered the home. (Remember, NO ONE knew me.) When I descended the staircase in my Scarlett O'Hare dress and parasol, my opening statement was "Welcome to Tara." Needless to-say, I had several comments;good & bad,but they all remembered me because I was so different. Plus I served biscuits & sausage gravy on the patio. That was how it all started 26 years ago. I spent 7 years at Starck Realtors, and a total of 19 years at Re/Max Realtors. Finally, I decided to open my own company called "YOUR Real Estate LADY" @ 847-428-LADY I am here to serve my clients and the only way I can do that is to be on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I know that it takes money to make money and I'm willing to spend it. "YOU MUST SPECULATE TO ACCUMULATE". |
