Here's what happens when you list your home with me. A sign goes in front of your home. Above your sign we will place a rider. This rider will instruct a potential purchaser to TEXT a number that is assigned to your home. At that time they will be able to view the important details of your home on their CELL PHONE. Then, if they want to see the inside of the home, they will be prompted to send a message to me to return a call to set up an appointment to view your home. This is a way to get buyers while they're "HOT".
